Where possible, we will look to work with local suppliers across a range of services and open up opportunities for SMEs and social enterprises.

We will:

• Host five 'meet the buyers' events to introduce local businesses and SMEs to live commercial opportunities
• Ensure 50% of what we spend is with local suppliers
• Ensure 50% of what we spend is with SMEs
• Create a dedicated procurement hub, connecting business to opportunities
• Spend £200k with local social enterprises
